The Chi contols the mind, and the mind controls the body.

Eastern cultures have known for centuries the importance of proper breathing. In our western culture we tend to breathe in the chest. This is not only limiting our oxygen intake but also contributing to many health problems. When you breathe in your chest, you create tension. Your breathe will never be full. You tend to take in just enough air to live. Short half and quarter breathes induce poor circulation and limit the bodies natural ability to repair itself. Proper breathing utilizing the belly not only gives us more air but also promotes healthy organs.

Group or private classes will teach you to focus your breathing on your belly. Meditation techniques will help you with stress. It doesn't have to be an hour long ritual. We will teach you how to take a 30 second break at work anywhere and relieve your stress. Stress is the number one factor leading to heart and other organ disease.
