Group Classes for
Martial Arts
Group classes will vary in their content to keep things
interesting and keep your body working. A typical group class for martial arts training will consist of learning to roll and
fall properly, throws, joint locks, and ground work.
You don't have to do anything you don't want to. The class has
so much to offer that you will never be left out.
Group Fitness
Group fitness classes get away from the boring workout routine. Participants will punch and kick,
lift a few wieghts, and get a great cardio workout. You can work at your own pace.
Group Tai Chi
Our Group Tai Chi is a great class for fitness and some self defense. Unlike generic Tai Chi taught
in gyms, this is an authentic temple style. No forms to remember. Our instructor will lead the class and vary the movement
every time you participate. It's not the same old thing every time. You don't have to learn routines or buy a uniform. The
entire class is based on only three (3) movements that will allow you to move your entire body in ways a gym routine cannot
